Abstract:

本发明公开了基于嵌入式计算机模块的多通道超声导波检测系统,其特征在于:包括嵌入式计算机模块核心单元、FPGA控制核心、多通道脉冲信号激励电路、参数可调的多通道采样电路;通过FPGA产生激励逻辑信号控制多通道脉冲激励电路产生超声激励信号,超声回波信号通过多通道采样电路采集并由FPGA完成读取,嵌入式计算机模块核心单元通过PCIe总线与FPGA连接实现上位机参数控制以及采样数据显示;实现多通道的超声脉冲激励以及多通道同步信号采集。设计可产生周期、频率、幅值可调的多通道双极性脉冲激励信号,设计采用复用的程控增益电路及采集电路,具有高采样率和高信噪比,可以满足超声导波的检测需求。
