Abstract:

一种飞秒激光制备SiO2‑金属界面膨化微纳结构的方法,涉及飞秒激光微纳加工领域。该方法采用飞秒激光直写技术,将激光聚焦于SiO2(玻璃)‑金属薄膜交界面处,在界面处对金属薄膜进行烧蚀,形成凸起的微纳尺寸结构。利用中性密度衰减片对脉冲激光能量进行控制,利用位移台控制程序对三维位移台系统进行操纵,实现扫描速度以及扫描间距的控制,建立加工参数与膨化微纳结构尺寸相对应的参数数据库。
