Abstract:

一种异质结构镍钨磷化物‑镍钨氧化物的制备方法涉及能源转换用催化电极领域,本发明采用水热法和管式炉磷化法,在泡沫镍上制备了异质结构镍钨磷化物‑镍钨氧化物。这种具有异质结构的材料在碱性介质中电解水时,作为阴极材料表现出优异的电催化析氢性能和循环稳定性,仅需115mV的过电位就能达到10mA/cm2的电流密度,其析氢催化活性可媲美贵金属铂族催化剂。本发明从微观层面设计的异质结构镍钨磷化物‑镍钨氧化物,合成成本低廉、工艺简便在替代贵金属催化剂及大规模实施电解水制氢方面具有良好的应用前景。
