Abstract:

基于原位自组装策略的荧光增强成像探针的制备方法,属于探针技术领域,该探针由三部分组成:(1)连接有βGal识别基团且荧光被猝灭的NIR荧光团IR700;(2)疏水性二肽Phe‑Phe(FF),可以促进分子自组装形成纳米粒子;(3)增强FF疏水性的含碘化合物。β‑D‑半乳吡喃糖苷是βGal的识别底物,IR700是常用的一种有机染料,被选作近红外荧光小分子。将荧光分子、βGal识别底物与自组装模块偶联在一起,形成具有肿瘤靶向能力的原位自组装小分子探针Gal‑IRFF‑I,合成的探针可用于肿瘤部位近红外荧光成像,对肿瘤进行早期诊断。
