Abstract:

本发明公开了一种用于制备高电磁透波率混凝土的无机胶凝材料,所述的无机胶凝材料由PO·42.5普通硅酸盐水泥、玻璃粉、高铝粉煤灰和专用外加剂混合制备而成。其中,专用外加剂由粉体聚羧酸减水剂、硅酸镁铝、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、纳米氮化硼管利用高频振捣式搅拌机均匀搅拌配置而成。最后,将本发明制备出的新型无机胶凝材料与天然的砂石料进行混合,采用包裹养护方式成型,可制备出28d的强度不低于40MPa,在5G频段下的透波率为70%以上的透波混凝土,在5G通信时代改善移动信号方面具有很大的应用前景。
