Abstract:

一种利用废旧烧结钕铁硼块体高效再生高性能钕铁硼磁体的方法,属于磁性材料技术领域。本发明采用稀土化合物颗粒对废旧钕铁硼块体进行晶界扩散及破碎制粉后制备再生钕铁硼磁体。本发明步骤为:晶界扩散废旧烧结钕铁硼磁体;氢爆和退火制备再生钕铁硼粉末;制备再生粘结磁体。采用本发明制备的再生磁粉及磁体具有较高矫顽力而表现出较好的高温稳定性,剩磁和磁能积接近原始磁体水平。本发明方法回收效率高,成本能耗低,节约资源。
