Abstract:

本发明公开了一种判断沥青疲劳裂纹萌生、扩展及断裂失效的识别方法。本发明是使用动态剪切流变仪对沥青试样进行扫描试验,采集扭矩T和偏转角数据,依次获得沥青的疲劳裂纹长度a以及沥青疲劳裂纹增长过程中的能量释放率G,最后根据沥青疲劳裂纹长度a随循环加载次数N的演化关系计算判别疲劳裂纹萌生过程和扩展过程的分界点,并将能量释放率G的峰值点作为沥青疲劳失效的临界点。本发明系统解决了目前沥青在动态剪切疲劳载荷作用下不同疲劳阶段的划分及疲劳失效临界点的判定问题,能够精细化研判沥青材料的疲劳过程及行为特性。
