Abstract:

一种类单晶梯度富锂锰基层状氧化物表面改性方法,属于锂离子电池正极材料技术领域。具体包括以下步骤:将类单晶梯度富锂锰基层状氧化物正极材料与弱酸性物质按照一定的质量百分比均匀混合;保护气氛下的低温烧结以及粉体处理;对处理后的材料进行1‑24h的低温热处理,即得到表面处理后的正极活性材料。本发明所制得的表面改性的类单晶梯度富锂锰基层状氧化物正极材料具有容量高、首效高、结构稳定性高、热稳定性高、倍率性能好、电压降小、成本低等优势,具有很好的应用前景。
