Abstract:

本发明公开了一种机器人高速激光焊接宏微观焊缝跟踪系统,属于焊接工程技术领域。为解决机器人高速激光焊接过程中,常规焊缝焊缝跟踪系统机器人跟踪响应慢、机器人跟踪精度差及机器人跟踪过程抖动的问题。提出利用机器人自身的运动宏观调整大轨迹偏差,工具端附加高频响应运动装置微观调整小轨迹偏差,并在机器人做宏观调整时高频运动补偿机器人低频振动所带来的焊接点不稳定问题。本发明可以提高焊缝跟踪效率及精度,能够保证机器人高速激光焊接的焊接质量。
