Abstract:

一种离子交换法合成锂离子电池富锂Fe‑Mn正极材料的方法属于锂离子电池富锂正极材料领域,对于富锂Fe‑Mn正极材料存在首圈库伦效率低、循环稳定性和倍率性能差、循环过程中电压持续衰减等问题。首先通过低温熔盐法合成钠前驱体,然后在锂盐介质中发生Li+/Na+交换,最终得到目标产物。该材料在0.2C的充放电倍率下,首次放电比容量达200~250mAh g‑1,首次库伦效率90%~100%,循环50圈后容量保持率仍能达到75%~85%。该方法合成的正极材料首效高、稳定性好,其合成步骤与共沉淀及溶胶‑凝胶法相比,无有毒有害物质的参与,且合成过程简单,原料储量丰富,价格低廉,耗时短,能够实现商业化生产。
