Abstract:

基于八头羧酸配体的锆的金属有机框架材料及其制备和传感检测应用,属于晶态材料的技术领域。化学分子式为[Zr6O4(OH)8(H2O)4(TCTA)],H8TCTA为有机配体2, 3, 5, 6‑四(3, 6‑双(4‑羧基苯基)‑9H‑咔唑‑9‑基)对苯二酸。该金属‑有机框架的合成为封闭条件下,2, 3, 5, 6‑四(3, 6‑双(4‑羧基苯基)‑9H‑咔唑‑9‑基)对苯二酸(H8TCTA)与氯化氧锆(ZrOCl2·8H2O)在N, N‑二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和苯甲酸的混合溶液中,经由溶剂热反应得到金属有机框架材料的晶体;此金属有机框架材料显示出对肿瘤标志物的检测能力。
