Abstract:

一种好氧颗粒污泥产电装置,属于污水处理技术领域。其包括依次连接的厌氧池、曝气池、沉淀池,厌氧池作为微生物燃料电池的阳极室,曝气池作为微生物燃料电池的阴极室,阳极室和阴极室分别外接电阻,厌氧池和曝气池由离子交换膜隔开,沉淀池的沉淀颗粒污泥经过污泥回流泵回流至厌氧池,厌氧池的泥水混合物经过连接管流至曝气池,沉淀池内设挡板截留颗粒,还设有出水口及排泥口,在处理污水的同时,产生电能,实现好氧颗粒污泥同步脱氮除磷与微生物燃料电池两种工艺的耦合。本发明利用好氧颗粒污泥工艺与微生物燃料电池的耦合工艺处理生活污水,在降低污水中的COD、TN和TP的浓度的同时产生了稳定的电压,降低了污水中的污染物浓度,又产生了电能。
