Abstract:

一种高延伸率、高模量TiB2颗粒增强铝基复合材料及其制备方法,属于铝基复合材料制备技术领域。以Al‑Zn‑Mg‑Cu‑Zr‑Sc为基体,TiB2颗粒为增强体,按下述步骤进行:①按材料成分配料进行熔炼,通过半连续铸造技术得到Ф280mm复合材料铸锭;②采用400℃/6h+465℃/30h对铸锭进行均匀化退火,③将均匀化后的复合材料在420℃预热2h后进行第一步热锻造或热挤压处理;④将一步变形后的复合材料继续在420℃下预热2h后,沿正交方向进行二次热变形,即锻造、挤压、轧制,得到正交复合热变形的TiB2增强铝基复合材料。复合材料有优异的强度、延伸率、弹性模量。
