一种同时检测葛根中11种黄酮类成分的方法,属于药物分析技术领域。采用超高液相色谱‑质谱联用法(HPLC‑MS)建立葛根的多指标含量测定方法,同时测定葛根素、3'‑羟基葛根素、3'‑甲氧基葛根素、大豆苷、大豆苷元、染料木素、染料木苷、刺芒柄花苷、刺芒柄花黄素、异甘草素、鹰嘴豆芽素A 11种黄酮类成分的含量,以弥补现有技术的不足,促进对葛根黄酮类物质成分的了解及其含量测定,为其广泛应用提供科学依据。
