Abstract:

一种多层波浪式纤维板块催化剂载体,属于催化剂载体应用领域。催化剂载体整体形状是呈波浪形的纤维板和平板形的纤维板的层层叠加而成的块体,且使得每层都存在均匀的孔洞通道,同时纤维板的表面微观结构呈无规则的网状结构。本载体因具有良好的表面积和表面孔隙,可用浸渍法等方法负载催化剂,而用于工业催化领域。本载体本实用新型作为催化剂载体具有较轻的重量,灵活的使用条件,较高的催化剂负载率等优点,降低了催化剂应用的成本,减轻了设备运行维护压力,适用于工业催化剂的生产。
