Abstract:

一种低温升局部加密型正弦波纹微通道散热器,属于强化换热领域。下游局部加密正弦波纹微通道换热器属于强化换热领域,主要应用于微电子技术领域。随着微电子技术的发展,先进设备与器件的热负荷在不断提高。传统的散热技术已经无法满足极高热量的换热需求,微通道换热器开始受到人们的广泛关注。本装置包括由依次堆叠封装在一起的封装片(1),基板(2);封装片(1)上开有与外部管路连接的流体入口(3)和流体出口(4);基板正面加工下游局部加密正弦波纹微通道(5)、入口储液池(6)和出口储液池(7)。本装置可满足大功率电子芯片的散热;有效解决芯片温升过大的问题。
