Abstract:

本发明公开了一种可控空气静压径向轴承,涉及空气静压主轴工作过程中振动的检测、控制系统。设有1个空气静压主轴系统、4个压电陶瓷、4个电涡流传感器以及上位机;4个压电陶瓷通过装夹装置安装在轴承外壳上,另一端作用于轴瓦上,弹性支撑装置布置在轴承两端的轴瓦与外壳间隙部分,4个电涡流传感器两两一组垂直分布在主轴两端,电涡流传感器就收到振动信号,通过上位机转化为相应的控制电压信号作用于压电陶瓷,压电陶瓷产生相应位移推动可移动轴瓦挤压气膜产生气膜力抑制主轴振动。
