Abstract:

本发明涉及一种基于神经网络迭代的聚类方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1,初始化极端学习机参数; 步骤2,随机选择与簇数相等的样本,每个样本代表一个簇,形成初始样本集,训练极端学习机; 步骤3,利用当前极端学习机对样本进行聚类,生成聚类结果; 步骤4,根据规则从每个簇中选择多个样本作为该簇的实例; 步骤5,通过使用从步骤4获得的每个簇的示例来重新训练极端学习机; 步骤6,回到步骤3进行迭代,否则得到聚类结果并输出,直到聚类结果稳定或达到迭代次数的最大限度。 本发明解决了如何实现高维非线性数据空间的聚类,以及现有技术消耗较大的内存或需要较长的运行时间的问题。
