耦合自养脱氮的低温地下水生物除铁除锰工艺启动方法属于给水净化领域。首先接种铁锰氧化菌、硝化菌、厌氧氨氧化菌高效菌液至滤池,通入人工配置的铁锰氨分别为1~2mg/L、3.0~3.2mg/L、3.0~3.2mg/L的地下水,在0.5m/h滤速、7~8L/(m2·s)反冲洗条件下100%回流循环培养。当物理吸附耦合生物氧化对锰和氨氮的去除率降至15~30%时,停止循环、通入地下水,继续培养至出水总铁<0.3mg/L,锰<0.1mg/L,氨氮<0.5mg/L。然后提高运行滤速至4.0m/h,提升反冲洗强度至11~12L/(m2·s)。最后,向滤池通入铁锰氨分别为8~13mg/L、3.0~3.2mg/L、3.0~3.2mg/L的5~6℃的地下水继续培养。当滤池对锰和氨氮的去除率达到70~80%时,滤池启动成功。
