Abstract:

本发明提供一种高功率2微米中红外掺铥光纤皮秒激光器,立足于全光纤结构,使得光纤激光器具有结构紧凑、集成度高、稳定性好、转换效率高等优点,对工作环境中的振动等干扰因素不敏感,大大提高了激光器运行的稳定性和可靠性,适于工业化量产;同时,本发明利用光纤脉冲展宽器进行脉冲展宽,通过管理每一级放大的非线性效应和增益光纤的热效应,可提升光转换效率,采用被动锁模的方式获得种子激光,再经过多级放大器来放大激光功率,最后通过大模场双包层掺铥光纤来对功率进一步提升,最终获得百瓦级甚至千瓦级高功率、大能量的激光脉冲输出,更加有利于大型激光系统的建造。
