Abstract:
本发明涉及到SAPs微胶囊及水泥基自修复材料。SAPs微胶囊以吸水性聚合物(SAPs)包覆疏水性胶黏剂制备而成,粒径范围0.2mm~2.0mm;该微胶囊的芯材含量为20wt%~80wt%。一种水泥基自修复材料,其基本组分为水泥、砂石、SAPs微胶囊以及水。本发明的SAPs微胶囊采用锐孔成形凝固浴法制备,工艺易于规模化生产,力学性能满足混凝土拌和要求,能够减轻基体收缩并改善抗冻融、抗开裂性能,并对水泥石基体强度有提高作用;该水泥基自修复材料具有多重裂缝自修复机制,能实现水泥基材料的高效自修复,提高耐久性,延长服役寿命。
