Abstract：
一种使用河底沉积物培养工业废水处理用的反硝化污泥的培养方法，使用河底沉积物作为接种菌源，通过梯度补加河底沉积物结合梯度缩短水力停留时间的培养方式，使用硝酸钠提供氮源、葡萄糖提供无机碳源。本发明提供了一种利用河底沉积物培养反硝化污泥的方法，该反硝化污泥培养方法简单、绿色环保、易大规模推广应用，得到的反硝化污泥活性高，反硝化细菌菌群丰富，适用性强，抗水质冲击负荷能力强，能实现河底沉积物的有效利用及工业废水的深度反硝化脱氮处理。
