Abstract:

一种利用纳米多层膜自蔓延反应辅助激光高温钎焊的方法属于激光焊接技术领域,在基底上采用磁控溅射方法交替沉积双金属的纳米膜;将沉积的双金属纳米多层膜从基底上剥离;将剥离的多层膜置于两层钎料中间,成为复合中间层;将待焊接的母材进行表面预处理;将复合中间层置于得到的母材之间,焊接采用搭接方式,采用激光对复合中间层进行扫描焊接。纳米多层膜在激光的引燃后会发生自蔓延反应,反应放出大量热量可熔化低熔点钎料,使得焊接过程不仅在搭接接头处形成连接,在整个搭接面都形成连接,增大接头的连接强度,完成材料的连接。本发明可改善激光作为局部热源的加热不均匀性,使其形成更均匀的界面反应,可提高接头致密度。
