Abstract:

一种激光辐照调控PA2200材料3D打印件表面浸润性的方法,属于激光加工、3D打印技术及医疗应用领域。激光辐照法具有可以精确处理成型件表面、控制加工面积和深度、非接触无污染和不会引入杂质离子等优点。本发明是通过以下装置实现的:沿着激光器的激光传输方向依次放置激光器、复眼均束镜、透镜、样品台。本发明利用制备PA2200材料3D打印件,采用波长为248nm的KrF准分子激光,设计光路得到激光辐照光斑面积1‑2.7cm2,设定激光器的单脉冲能量密度37‑259mJ/cm2,频率2‑5Hz,脉冲数200‑500对PA2200材料3D打印件进行辐照。经过激光辐照后,打印件表面接触角由120°变为70°,由疏水性转变为亲水性,有效、快速的调控PA3200材料3D打印件表面浸润性。
