Abstract:

一种相结构按比例梯度变化的富锂层状氧化物材料及其制备方法,涉及锂离子电池正极材料和电化学领域。 具有以下技术效果:采用共沉淀-固相合成法制备两种结构单元比例梯度变化的富锂层状氧化物材料; 该材料为球形颗粒,从颗粒中心到表面,单斜Li2MnO3结构单元的数量逐渐减少,菱形LiTMO2结构单元的数量逐渐增加。 通过对单斜Li2MnO3和菱形LiTMO2从颗粒中心到表面的结构单元进行比例调控,可以调控富锂层状氧化物材料在锂离子电池中的循环稳定性、放电比容量、安全性等性能。 该制备工艺简单易控,原料成本低廉,环境友好,适用于大规模工业化,具有良好的应用前景。
