Abstract:

一种非晶态‑纳米晶复合结构的铟锡铌镓氧化物电致变色薄膜及其制备方法,属于电致变色技术领域。利用元素掺杂和控制调整平均配位数方法,通过优化脉冲激光沉积法制备(ITO)x(Nb2O5)y(Ga2O3)1‑x‑y薄膜的工艺,整体薄膜制备为统一纳米晶‑非晶混合晶态。本发明操作简单,不易引入杂质,制备温度低,制备条件容易控制,所制备的纳米晶‑非晶复合结构的(ITO)x(Nb2O5)y(Ga2O3)1‑x‑y电致变色薄膜响应时间快,具有较好的柔韧性和明显的颜色变化,为柔性智能变色窗器件提供材料支持和工艺改进。
