Abstract:

一种废旧三元动力锂电池正极材料与集流体的剥离方法, 属于资源再生技术领域。本发明包括安全预处理、电池外壳剥离、保温、超声以及后续步骤。本发明基于正极材料粘结剂的热分解温度,将电池正极极片置于适当的温度下保温一段时间,使压实的粘结剂热分解,然后通过超声处理来实现正极材料与集流体之间的高效完全分离,分离后的集流体表面光洁,无正极材料残留,可用作铝生产原料再次利用,干燥后的正极材料可以通过后续的处理工艺回收再生。
