Abstract:

本发明提供了畸变荷载下钢箱梁结构的实验加载装置及其加载方法。所述实验加载装置包括:液压伺服加载组、力分解组件、刚性梁、载荷板、实验钢箱梁、千斤顶、支架、支座等。液压伺服加载组水平放置,两侧并行同时加载。刚性梁位于液压伺服加载组和力分解组件间。加载过程中,合力需通过实验钢箱梁的畸变中心。力分解组件包括:正交分解板、滚轴和滚筒等,其可将水平加载力正交分解为沿箱梁各板元的切向分力。载荷板承受滚筒垂直挤压力,通过与实验钢箱梁间角焊缝传递畸变荷载分量。此加载方案设计有效消除偏心载荷中弯曲和扭转载荷分量,直接得到箱梁截面畸变变形及应力分量。
