Abstract:

本发明涉及具有靶向性的功能化纳米金刚石载药系统及制备方法。本发明利用纳米金刚石具有比较面积大、吸附性强的特性,将疏水性抗癌药物和光热材料吸附在纳米金刚石表面,利用正负电荷相互吸引的物理作用在纳米金刚石表面吸附具有抗肿瘤活性的蛋白,改善纳米颗粒在水中的分散性,并且在外层包裹靶向性材料,内层加入光热材料,从而实现了提高载药量、将疏水性抗癌药物靶向递送到肿瘤部位和结合光热治疗加强药物对肿瘤的治疗效果。本发明通过简便易行的方法,解决了疏水性抗癌药的突释问题,也解决了纳米颗粒的主动靶向问题。
