Abstract:

一种提高聚烯烃类锂离子电池隔膜润湿性的方法,属于锂离子电池隔膜技术领域。首先在盐酸中加入过硫酸铵,将上述溶液超声5min,超声后将上述溶液在4‑6℃预冷冻20min,得到混合溶液A;将聚烯烃隔膜浸渍在上述混合溶液A中并加入苯胺,将上述溶液在4℃的条件下放置至少10h,使得在聚烯烃隔膜上原位合成聚苯胺;从上述溶液中取出聚烯烃隔膜并用无水乙醇清洗,真空干燥,即可得到聚苯胺改性后的聚烯烃隔膜。经过表面改性后的聚烯烃隔膜可以作为锂离子电池的隔膜提高电池性能。
