Abstract:

本发明公开了一种在超临界CO2中制备纳米TiO2接枝DOPO的方法,包括:DOPO与硅烷偶联剂KH570在超临界CO2中接枝,得到KH570‑DOPO;纳米TiO2与KH570‑DOPO在超临界CO2中接枝,得到TiO2‑KH570‑DOPO。本发明制备的功能纳米阻燃材料TiO2‑KH570‑DOPO,DOPO在纳米TiO2表面的接枝率为10%~30%,纳米TiO2和DOPO的协同作用提高了纳米复合材料的阻燃性能,10wt%的添加量使聚氨酯的极限氧指数由19.0提高到28.0。
