Abstract:

一种基于递归RBF神经网络的MBR膜透水率智能检测方法,属于污水处理水质参数在线检测领域。在MBR膜污水处理过程中,污染问题影响膜的出水水质和膜的寿命,阻碍了膜的大规模应用;MBR膜污水处理过程随机干扰严重,具有强非线性、大时变、严重滞后的特点,污染不能直接测量和在线检测。本发明基于特征提取的方法获取6类与透水率相关性强的过程变量;同时以膜透水率为模型的输出,6类过程变量为模型的输入,基于递归RBF神经网络建立膜透水率的软测量模型,完成了膜污染程度的实时检测,取得了较好的精度,结果表明能够快速、准确地预测透水率的大小,保证了MBR膜污水处理过程的稳定安全运行,提高了膜污水处理的质量和效率。
