Abstract:

强化并耐长期晶间腐蚀的Er/Sc/Zr复合微合金化的Al‑6Mg‑0.4Mn合金,属于有色金属技术领域。Er/Sc/Zr复合微合金化的Al‑6Mg‑0.4Mn合金各组分的质量百分含量分别为Mg5.5%~6.5%,Mn0.4%~0.5%,Zr0.1%~0.15%,Er0%~0.09%,Sc0.04%~0.1%不可避免杂质含量<0.4%。该合金通过Er/Sc/Zr复合微合金化的Al‑6Mg‑0.4Mn来提高再结晶温度,进而扩宽稳定化工艺窗口,获得良好的力学性能和腐蚀性能,而且兼具经济型。
