Abstract:
In this paper, Aspen HYSYS was used to simulate the influence of ambient temperature, condensing temperature and pressure drop of the condenser on the performance of the ORC system. The system uses industrial waste heat of low-temperature as heat source and R123 as working fluid. The results show that under the influence of ambient temperature, the maximum value of the system net power and the system net efficiency in summer decrease by 4.13 kW and 3.03% respectively. When the condensing temperature from 24to 40, the system net power and the system net efficiency decrease by 2.52 kW and 1.87% respectively. When the condenser pressure drop from 0 kPa to 40 kPa, the system net power and the system net efficiency decreased by 1.41 kW and 1.43% respectively. © 2018, Science Press. All right reserved.
