Abstract:

一种超细晶硬质合金晶粒细化及尺寸分布均匀化的方法,属于硬质合金和粉末冶金技术领域。以钨氧化物、钴氧化物和炭黑为原料,利用原位反应合成方法制备出WC‑Co复合粉;在WC‑Co复合粉中少量添加Cr3C2或Cr3C2和VC作为晶粒长大抑制剂;再将球磨混合后的粉末过湿筛,干燥后粉末在较低温度下以氩气和氢气作为保护气体进行长时间退火处理,后经压制成型和低压烧结制备硬质合金块体材料。有效抑制烧结过程中超细晶或纳米晶组织的硬质合金中晶粒快速长大,提高了硬质合金块体材料的显微组织均匀性。
