Abstract:

一种低温抗硫抗水脱硝催化剂的制备方法,属于低温脱硝催化剂领域。采用浸渍法制备,以锐钛矿型二氧化钛为载体,在其表面负载五氧化二钒和三氧化锑,TiO2为60‑90wt%,V2O5为1‑10wt%,Sb2O3为5‑30wt%。其化学组分前驱物分别是:V2O5前驱物为偏钒酸铵,Sb2O3前驱物为三氯化锑。在原有钒钛催化剂基础上通过负载Sb2O3,使得催化剂不仅能够在170‑300℃下保持90%以上的效率,还具备一定的抗硫抗水性能。本发明可以延缓脱硝催化剂的失活且制备方法简单,重复性高,适用于工业生产。
