Abstract:

一种低温耐硫钒钛系脱硝催化剂及制备方法,属于脱硝催化剂领域。采用浸渍法制备,以锐钛矿型的二氧化钛为载体,在其表面负载五氧化二钒、三氧化钨以及钌元素。其中:TiO2为70 95wt%,V2O5为0 10wt%,WO3为0 20wt%,Ru为0.1 0.8wt%。其化学组分前驱物分别是:V2O5前驱物为偏钒酸铵,WO3前驱物为钨酸铵,Ru前驱物为三氯化钌。通过负载微量贵金属元素,使得脱硝催化剂不仅可以在150 400℃下保持90%以上的效率,还可以减缓在含硫烟气氛围内由SOx形成的硫酸盐类对催化剂的毒害作用。本发明提高催化剂寿命,制备方法简便易操作,生产效率高。
