Abstract:

本发明涉及一种无电熔滴过渡的分叉复合电弧焊接装置及方法,本装置是在稳定燃烧的非熔化极焊接电弧下,从侧面添加一根焊丝,焊丝与工件之间没有电源回路,将焊丝和钨极连接于一个恒压源的两个输出端,在焊丝与钨极之间引燃旁路分叉电弧来熔化焊丝,焊丝端部熔化后形成熔滴,熔滴长大后其底部与熔池接触,平稳的流入熔池并与焊丝端部脱离,然后周期性的长大,流入熔池,脱离,为一种无电熔滴过渡的复合焊接方法。这种熔滴过渡方式从根本上杜绝了焊接飞溅的产生,同时这种焊接方法可以分别控制对工件的热输入和熔敷效率,实现高效优质焊接。
