Abstract：
一种用于Mg-Gd-Er-Zn-Zr合金中LPSO相的调控制备方法，属于热处理技术领域。将Mg-Gd-Er-Zn-Zr合金热处理炉中温300℃～350℃保温15～60min，70℃热水淬火；然后置于热处理炉高温480℃～520℃保温3～8h, 70℃热水淬火；最后置于次高温400℃～460℃保温12～50h, 70℃热水淬火。不仅可以达到调控合金中LPSO相的体积分数及一维尺寸，同时可以有效地消除铸造合金中的成分偏析。经过该调控工艺后，得到LPSO相的体积分数为3.2～45.67％，一维尺寸范围25～120微米，同时可以明显消除铸造合金中的成分偏析与粗大初生组织，明显提高合金力学性能。
