Abstract:

本发明公开了一种宽光谱下转换减反多层薄膜提高太阳能电池效率的方法。选取不同折射率的下转换基质材料,基质材料的折射率n为1< n< 3.8;并在基质中掺入稀土离子-Yb3+离子对或过渡金属离子-Yb3+离子对制备成多层薄膜,并且掺入的稀土离子-Yb3+离子对或过渡金属离子-Yb3+离子对后的薄膜对紫外-可见光的吸收范围不重合,实现宽光谱转光; 且上述多层薄膜的折射率和厚度使反射出薄膜表面的任意两相邻薄膜之间的两相干光的光程差满足干涉极小条件,即两相干光的波峰和波谷相遇,实现最小的多层薄膜表面反射率。本发明能在较宽范围内将一个紫外-可见光转换为两个近红外光子。所构建的多层薄膜同时具有宽光谱下转换和减反效果。
