Abstract:
一种提高含铒铝镁合金强度及耐损伤性能的温变形工艺,属于有色金属合金技术领域。对于本发明所提供的工艺如下:质量百分含量为:Mg,5.9%-6.2%;Mn,0.3%-0.6%;Zn0.6%-0.9%;Zr,0.1%-0.2%;Er,0.1%-0.2%;不可避免杂质≤0.5%,余量为Al的含饵铝镁合金板材,在温度为410±20℃下,进行热轧,变形量为90%,并冷却至室温;然后在230℃保温1h,并在保温温度下进行轧制,温轧变形量为60%。该种温轧工艺既能适量增加位错数量,提高强度,又使位错缠结规整化,使变形均匀,降低了材料的疲劳裂纹扩展速率,得到了一种高强高耐损伤的含Er铝镁合金。
