Abstract:
一种耐长期晶间腐蚀的含Zn、Er高Mg铝合金板材稳定化热处理工艺,属于有色金属技术领域。含Zn、Er高Mg热轧板各组分的质量百分含量分别为:Mg:5.3%~6.3%,Zn:0.4%~0.8%,Mn:0.4%~0.8%,Er:0.15%~0.3%,Zr:0.15%~0.25%,不可避免杂质含量<0.4%,余量为Al;对55%±2%变形量板材进行稳定化退火,退火温度为240~250℃,保温时间为5~10h,空冷至室温。该工艺通过稳定化处理控制β相和τ相在基体的析出位置和形貌,提高合金的耐长期晶间腐蚀性能。
