Abstract：
一种耐长期晶间腐蚀的含Zn、Er高Mg铝合金板材稳定化热处理工艺，属于有色金属技术领域。含Zn、Er高Mg热轧板各组分的质量百分含量分别为：Mg：5.3%～6.3%，Zn：0.4%～0.8%，Mn：0.4%～0.8%，Er：0.15%～0.3%，Zr：0.15%～0.25%，不可避免杂质含量＜0.4%，余量为Al；对55%±2%变形量板材进行稳定化退火，退火温度为240～250℃，保温时间为5～10h，空冷至室温。该工艺通过稳定化处理控制β相和τ相在基体的析出位置和形貌，提高合金的耐长期晶间腐蚀性能。
