Abstract:

一种废弃烧结砖粉免烧陶粒及制备方法,属于固体废弃物利用与免烧陶粒技术领域。以玻璃粉为碱激发组分,通过蒸汽养护激发废弃烧结砖粉和赤泥的活性以提供陶粒强度,并以废弃聚苯颗粒碎料为填充料,使陶粒轻质化。所述陶粒的组成包含废弃烧结砖粉50~70%,赤泥10~15%,玻璃粉20~30%,水泥15~25%,聚苯颗粒碎料0.1~0.2%。制备工艺包括 : 将原料干燥、破碎、粉磨、过筛;界面剂润湿聚苯颗粒;按所定配比将原料混合搅拌均匀;混合料中加水搅拌均匀,制造陶粒,配制水泥净浆并用其包裹陶粒;将陶粒蒸汽养护。本发明以建筑垃圾为原料,掺入聚苯颗粒,使所得陶粒轻质。该免烧陶粒节环保,提升了建筑垃圾的利用附加值。
