Abstract:

一种含有Mn、Mo、Ti的WC-FeNiCr无磁涂层材料及其制备方法属于激光材料加工技术领域。一种含有Mn、Mo、Ti的WC-FeNiCr无磁涂层材料其中碳化钨:50~66wt%、Ni:4~6wt%、Cr:6~8wt%、Mn:2.0~3.5wt%、Mo:1.5~2.5wt%、Ti:1.0~2.0wt%、余量Fe。分别制备Fe、Ni、Cr、Mn、Mo、Ti的单元素粉末;选用粉末粒度为35~110um的铸造型或烧结型碳化钨粉末,将FeNiCr为基且含有Mn、Mo、Ti元素的多元合金粉末与碳化钨粉末在球磨机内混合;用激光熔覆,在零部件表面上将粉末材料制备成涂层材料,实现零部件的强化或修复。本发明制备而成的涂层材料的相对磁导率在1.005≤ur≤1.010之间。
