Abstract：
本发明涉及用于基因治疗、癌症治疗、制备重组蛋白如抗体和疫苗和其它治疗目的的慢病毒载体。提供利用慢病毒载体系统构建包含人抗体重链和轻链全基因的高效双基因表达系统，并具体公开了利用慢病毒穿梭表达载体pLVX构建高效表达人抗体全基因的慢病毒载体表达系统。此表达系统不仅在细胞水平上有很好表达抗体的效果，而且在哺乳动物体内短期就有很高的表达，可广泛的应用于生物制药领域。
