Abstract:

一种多主频组合的扭转模态电磁声阵列传感器,属于超声无损检测领域。其由镍带、铷铁硼磁铁、变间距回折线圈组成。根据板中SH波振动模式与管道中扭转模态相类似的现象,将变间距回折线圈以及铷铁硼磁铁环向阵列于管道表面,实现在管道中扭转模态的激励和接收。通过试验验证了研制的多主频组合的扭转模态电磁声阵列传感器在管道能有效激励出T(0, 1)模态,利用与多主频组合回折型线圈分布相一致的宽频Chirp信激励多主频组合的扭转模态电磁声阵列传感器。在时域内将各频率的T(0, 1)波在同一时刻叠加,提高电磁声传感器的换能效率和时域分辨率,通过Chirp信号激励产生的响应信号来提取其频带宽度下任意单频的响应信号,提高了结构的检测效率。
