Abstract:

一种替代镀硬铬的涂层材料及其激光熔覆制备方法涉及铁基合金超硬涂层材料领域。该涂层材料的各组分质量百分比如下:C:0.8-1.0 wt%、Cr:4.0-8.0 wt%、Ni:2.0-3.0 wt%、Si:0.4-0.8 wt%、Mo:5.0-7.0 wt%、W:6.0-10.0 wt%、Mn:0.3-0.6 wt%,余量Fe。制备步骤:采用水雾化或气雾化的方式用上述金属原料制备Fe基粉末,过筛后得到10-50μm粒度范围的粉末;选取将要强化的零部件作为基体,对零件的待强化或待修复区域进行喷砂处理,并采用压缩空气除去颗粒杂物,然后用酒精擦洗表面;利用基于同步送粉技术的激光熔覆工艺在零件表面制备Fe基涂层,实现零部件的强化或修复,后续磨削机械加工,加工至零件尺寸及所要求的粗糙度。本发明满足实际生产对涂层性能、结合强度以及生产效率的需要。
