Abstract:

一种锰铁磷硅磁致冷合金的制备方法,属于磁性材料制备技术领域。首先将原材料锰、铁、磷、硅粉末按照名义成分Mn2-xFexP1-ySiy混合,0.8≤x≤1.0,0.4≤y≤0.6,然后进行高能球磨,在真空的条件下进行放电等离子烧结,获得锰铁磷硅合金块体;最后将得到的锰铁磷硅合金块体在氩气保护的条件下进行热处理,得到优良磁热性能的锰铁磷硅磁制冷合金。本发明可通过调整锰铁比例和磷硅比例在-50℃-50℃的调整其居里温度;所得锰铁磷硅合金在2特斯拉磁场下均具有较大的磁熵变,十分有利于合金在室温区磁制冷技术中使用。
