Abstract:

一种多孔陶瓷支撑体上负载有机微球的方法,属于分离技术领域。主要通过以下步骤实现:通过胺基化合物对微球进行表面改性使微球荷正电;将荷正电的微球分散在聚阴离子溶液中,得到荷负电微球;对陶瓷支撑体进行预处理后,在0.01-0.3Mpa压力或-0.02--0.09Mpa的负压作用下,将荷正电微球溶液或荷负电微球溶液分别交替在陶瓷支撑体表面动态组装10-60分钟,使微球组装在支撑体表面;漂洗支撑体表面并烘干;重复动态组装步骤,可以将有机微球负载在陶瓷支撑体表面。
