Abstract:

一种含Er高铌TiAl金属间化合物材料及其制备方法,属于金属间化合物材料。其元素摩尔含量组成为 : 41%~46%的Al、5~15%的Nb、不高于0.4%的Er和余量的Ti及不可避免的杂质。按照组成将海绵钛、高纯铝、铝铌中间合金、铝铒中间合金加入到水冷铜坩埚真空感应熔炼炉,抽真空至2.0~3.0×10-3mbar,以5~10kW/min速率将熔炼功率升至160~180kW后停止增加功率,然后在恒定功率下熔炼1~3min得熔体,使熔体混合均匀;将熔体浇铸到预热至300~350℃金属铸型中,形成含有稀土Er的高铌TiAl金属间化合物铸锭,并随炉冷却。本发明细化了TiAl金属间化合的晶粒尺寸和层片间距。
